How do I get started? What are the first steps?
1. Confirm the tube specifications, including size and filling capacity.
2. Supply a rendering to determine the printing technology needed to match your decoration requirements
3. Verify the cap type and determine if a custom color is necessary.
4. Confirm the quantity of tubes needed per size or SKU.

What is the typical lead time?
Manufacturing Lead time: 6-8 weeks for new orders, 4-6 weeks for repeat orders
What to expect after the down payment is paid?
We will provide a die-line for the buyer to insert their artwork, fully outlined Adobe Illustrator format, along with PMS color codes for accurate matching. Once we this, we will issue a pending proof for the buyer approval. Upon approval, we will produce 8 pre-production, adhering to the technical specifications and printing parameters for final approval. After the pre-production are approved, mass production will commence.
What occurs once production is complete?
A completion notification will be issued together with an a invoice to include import and shipping charges. We will also provide a detailed packing list. After payment is done, tubes will be shipped and delivered to the buyer’s facility
What is the standard minimum order quantity?
MOQ: 10,000 plastic, 10,000 laminate, and 25,000 aluminum tubes
What should one expect after the PO was issued?
We will need your signature on the Order Confirmation Agreement which will include all tech aspects, pricing, terms, lead time and delivery.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms: 30% down, balance payable before shipping
What's your absolute lowest minimum order quantity?

How do I verify the tubes are what I envision?
During the planning stage, we will provide tube samples and we will make sure to send the closest to what you are requesting.
